almost be home ,like you're just sitting there in a full plane , sweaty people, oh it was not fun , but i'm home now and jet blue is refunding our money and giving us a round trip on them ,was it worth it NO , but i'm glad they're trying to make it right .

i was so happy to see dave and be home , that was a long time to be away .

i tried doing this last night , i wrote about my whole trip to new york and then i realized i did everything on the wrong blog , we made two, kind of an accident , anyways all that typing a waste ! here's the short version

tues - midnight flight , was alright , jack ( my nephew) got sick everywhere 15 min into the flight

i slept a little bit with izzy in my arms , i was too excited to sleep :)

wed - then i slept i was soooo tired we just hung out around the house in the evening we walked to Greenwich village for some coldstone ice cream , oh my goodness i can't even describe how good it is , cake batter flavor ice cream HELLO .....then you can add anything you want fruit or choc. nuts . of course i went for the choc. and nuts , kit kat and almonds mmm.. by the time we got back i couldn't feel my legs or butt it was so cold but the ice cream was worth it :)

thurs - we walked to the empire state building , again so cold (poor kids) the view is awesome up there , i've never seen so many people taxis and buildings in my life !! we never made it to central park but we saw that from the top , it's the only place besides the water that there are no buildings ,it's just so different out there. on the way home we hit a mc donalds and met some old guy who was telling us he went to school with barbara Streisand ,neil diamond and barry manilow, what ever it was pretty funny .

i think we went to time square that evening too , christina and i ditched the kids and hopped on the subway i was kind of nervous at first , i asked laurie (danny's mom) before we left if i should leave my purse at home , ya i had visions of a mugging :) and she like well it's not like what you see in the movies and there s weird and crazy people everywhere ( AGREED) but then she says if someone tells you there a cop that doesn't mean they are , ok nervous again and i left my purse behind ! time square is so crazy so many people in such a small space ,to me it was like being at the carnival , and i like going to the carnival but i don't want to live in one :) oh we saw this one guy running in this spandex jump suit but they were shorts eeeewwww oh well different stokes for different folks :)

fri - we drove to pa . for danny's hockey game , the fun two hour road trip turned into a four hour where the heck are we ,but we did make it half way through the third period ,we got a hotel and i called it a night .

sat - we were driving around looking for some shopping and ended up in Delaware mmm ...

so we shopped and ate then got lost again looking for the exact same rink we were at the night before , who's ever heard of Aston anyway ?? but danny's team won both of their games .

sun - we hung out at the house, laurie has EVERYBODY over every sunday and cooks for them awesome food !

mon -leanne(danny's sister) took me out for a bit she came with me to get my tattoo , i got the kids names on the back of my feet!!! christina and i went back to time square , i wanted to go to toys r us , they have a Ferris wheel in there like huge carnival size , the store is three stories high , it's like being at universal studios,

jakob would've had a blast in there ! and we hit coldstone ( ice cream) again :) and walked home

tues - day before i left , i wanted to go shopping at macy's , it took us s while to get places , we were walking but i wanted to stop all the time and take pics . we went to the market , manhattan mall , joes pizza , jack was so sick all week and they went back home , izzy and i hung out at the mall for a bit then we ventured out to find macy's , i did want to get her ears pierced but i didn't (YET ) so we find it , (every thing is big out there) and for those of you how get tlc and watch what not to wear , i met stacey and clinton , i know ! for those of you who don't watch they're fashion gurus , dave can't stand them , but anyways i said i know it doesn't look like it but i watch your show all the time :) got a pic with them and walked around it was kind of overwhelming so i left , i wanted to make sure i got back before it was dark !

wed - i had such a good time out there , but i was ready to come home , i missed dave a jakob

, my flight was supposed to be at 7:30 of course the day i want to come home there's a big ice storm ! red ( danny's dad) and christina drop us off , i'm supposed to be at gate 2 that's all i'm focused on and there are so many people !!!! everywhere !! so i find gate 2 and it says san diego

i thought i was lost at jfk airport, long story short , we get bused to gate 25 don't get on the plane until 9:30 , finally on the plane , ya right , we were on the runway in a line of planes waiting to get de iced for SIX HOURS !!!! i almost started crying after four hours thinking i could
